Defining the Code :

Family
"ESFJs are concerned with making other people happy, and this
instinct always priorities over their own needs". I am a people
orientated person. So, I always try to work hard to make sure that the
people around me are happy and healthy, even to my own detriment,
so I think I am a more dedicated and attentive family member.

“ESFJ‟s are so socially minded”- This personality norm also matched

to my personality and so many times I become too focused on what
others think is right rather than what they feel is right. When this
occurs, sometimes I become rigid and inflexible, showing an
uncomfortable side that contrasts with my normal warmth.

Sometimes I get overwhelmed to manage my work as well as

household at the same time. Besides being more organized I find
myself suffering sometimes emotionally or even physically, because
in favor of trying to keep everyone happy most of the time I
neglect myself.

Finally, in my family I'm considered as the most warmest and

empathetic person. My dedication to making everyone else happy
sometimes leads myself into trouble in destructive situations. As ESFJ
I find myself the core of my family groups, providing every member
with a source of strength and comfortable no matter what is
happening.

Career
ESFJs enjoy helping others, they often do well in practical settings
that involve taking a caregiver role. Social service and healthcare
careers are two areas in particular in which ESFJs may excel at
applying their helping nature and desire for order.

ESFJs have a number of traits that make them ideally suited to certain
careers. For example, their dependability and innate need to take care
of others mean that they often do well in jobs that involve supporting
and caring.

Most suited ESFJ‟s career are-

 Social work
 Counseling
 Teaching
 Receptionist
 Management
My Current Work Details: Currently i‟m working at my event
management as an „Executive Admin‟.
My responsibilities includes-
 Task distribution among teammates
 Client handling
 Defining deadline and looking after the progress
 Workplace enhancement etc.

“ESFJs are warm, charismatic, persuasive and talkative, and their

objective is to change or influence the world through their influence
with people”- and I find these qualities in my character also and in
case of career I do believe that the path I choose for myself which is
„Management‟ will be a good one for me because I do enjoy my work
and any work with contentment will leads to success.

Midlife
Mid-life is the time from years 45–64 where a person is often
evaluating his or her own life. ESFJs in their forties and fifties may
want to broaden their horizons by engaging in introverted activities
such as reading, gardening, and painting. ESFJs are capable of
appreciating both people and nature, so spending more time traveling
could be rewarding.
Although I don't have any personal experience of midlife
characteristics and so not really be sure whether the characteristics
will match or not.

Partner

In relationships, the ESFJ is supportive, nurturing, and reliable.

ESFJs concern themselves with providing practical support to their
partners and living up to traditional standards in a relationship: they
want to be the "good wife" or husband based on traditional ideals.
ESFJs make passionate, warm partners who are willing to go to great
lengths for "The Relationship." They're fully committed to the
relationship and to their partner, and they adhere strictly to their own
moral code, and want a partner who agrees with them on issues of
right and wrong, should and should not.
This characteristics of ESFJ‟s matches with my responsibilities and
way of dealing with relationships. I try to be a truthful partner to my
spouse and try to perform every possible responsibility.
ESFJs dislike conflict and are motivated to resolve it quickly. In
conflict situations, I‟m often more likely to "give in" quickly just to
resolve the conflict. To get out of the awkward situation, I might
consent to something that goes against my beliefs. As ESFJs I
appreciate a partner who notices their efforts to provide for their
families, and commends them on a job well done.
