Comic Strip Project

You will create a comic strip introducing 2 characters to one another. You may also introduce another person if
you need help getting in your vocabulary from this unit. In your comic strip you must include a MINIMUM of
the following:
2 DIFFERENT greetings 5
Exchange of names (think of ways to ask and answer 5
using complete sentences)
2 different places of origin (use your map) 5
2 different ways that the characters are feeling 5
(Q&A)
An exchange of phone numbers 5
An exchange of ages 5
2 different ways to say goodbye 5
A rough draft page 5

You have two class days to complete your comic strip. Only use words that you know. If I see any terms we
have not discussed in class, you will automatically receive a zero. Projects show me what you have learned
from class – that means we have to have discussed it in class!
The remainder of your grade will be determined by the following:
Correct use of punctuation & spelling 10
Comic strip is easy to understand and read from box 10
to box – LOGICAL
Total points 60

You can include up to nine panels in your comix. To add more than the initial three
panels included when you start your comix, press the plus button. To remove a panel,
press the minus button.

options. Click on an image to insert it into your comix. Click the trash can and then the image to remove it from
your comix.

Name your comix with YOUR first and last names. Click on Print, Email, Save. Select Sign In to Save Online

This must be complete BEFORE you begin working on the computer. Use your notes to help you and work
diligently. If you waste time, you will not finish in two class days. Work hard. Make your first big assessment
