Material Specification

Steel Structure Windows

Q345B steel structure material with a minimum yield
strength of 345Mpa, maximum tensile of 610 Mpa.
ASTM A572 grade 50 or BS 4360 G50B, JIS3106 SM490
equivalent to China standard GB/T 1591-1994. Primed
with one layer of 60 micron thickness zinc rich primer
epoxy. Systems are fully joined on bolt & nut of G10.9 or
G8.8 bolt & nut. (The fabricated steel structure complies
with Singapore BC-1 Requirement).
Walls and Flooring
Besta™ ALC (Autoclaved Lightweight Concrete) Panel
is a sustainable green building materials for leaner,
meaner, quicker and durable construction. Average
thermal conductivity of 0.174 W/m.K; Acoustic value 40
to 50 dB transmission loss; light weight of density of 350
to 750 Kg/m3, fire resistance of 2 to 4 Hours. tongue &
Groove design panel to ensure wall straightness,
flatness and water tightness. Smooth surface of panel
which only require skim coating of 2~3mm thick and
doesn’t required plastering. Direct architectural finish
can be apply on the surface such as painting, tiling etc.

with 6mm thick tempered glass window.

1.4mm thick*51mm*64mm extruded aluminum frame
with 6mm thick tempered glass window.

with 6mm thick tempered glass window.

Advantages of W&A IBM System

PRODUCTIVITY

MORE FASTER THAN WET OR CONVENTIONAL METHOD

Well and Able Innovative Building Method System (IBM), requires a
very minimal number of manpower, equipment and resources during
project executions.

LIGHTWEIGHT

Besta™ALC Panels’ specific gravity when dry is only 0,5. This rate is 1/5 of common
concrete and 1/3 of hollow block. With much lighter building materials used, the
total weight of a building constructed reduced thus the overall cost of the building
reduce as well.

ACOUSTICS

41-48dB Penetration Loss (Rate of Sound Insulation)

A lot of micro air holes inside ALC Panel can absorb and insulate the noise outside
constructions. It can be used as sound barrier to supply a silent and comfortable
living environment.

FIRE RESISTANCE

100mm thick of Besta™ALC Wall Panel: 4 hours resistance

Besta™ALC Wall Panels constitute inorganic and non-combustible materials and
is an ideal class A fireproof construction material. In the event of fire incident,
Besta™ALC Wall Panel will not release any smoke or toxic gas.

SUSTAINABILITY

Environment Friendly
Well and Able Innovative Building Method System (IBM), requires minimal
usage of natural resources and maintaining the balance between nature and
human health.

THERMAL RESISTANCE

Thermal Conductivity: 0.174W/m·K (Air-Dry)

With the presence of bubbles in the panel, thermal conductivity is high, heat
migrated slowly and make the heat inductivity 0.11W/m.K only, which is 1/10 of
common concrete.
