G SLIPPY walks out of his house and gets in the car with MAKO.
They do their signature handshake and then sit awkwardly for a
few moments.
MAKO
G SLIPPY
G SLIPPY goes to get out of the car before MAKO grabs his arm
and pulls him in
MAKO
G SLIPPY
MAKO slams his head on his steering wheel and holds his head
in his hands
MAKO
G SLIPPY starts zipping the bag back up. MAKO snaps, grabs the
bag and throws it aggressively on the back seat.
EARL
Alright people
EARL
Yeah, yeah…
MAKO
Did you bring your bag? You know the stuff I told
you specifically to bring
EARL
Yes, yes, I have it right here.
Earl lifts up the bag to show the two in the front seats.
EARLS bag is a Pink duffle bag. The bag belongs to his sister.
Both MAKO and G turn around to look at the pink bag. They look
at the bag and then up at EARL.
EARL
The boys drive in the car. G and EARL dance as MAKO sits there
looking equally nervous and angry as ever. They pull up to the
large house and pull up out front. The three of them sit there
for A moment in silence.
MAKO
You ready?
MAKO
Ok Let’s go.
INT: OLD ABANDONED WHEREHOUSE
The three boys sit around a flip chart. MAKO is explaining the
details of the heist and the getaway. LOW RIDER by WAR is
playing faintly on an old radio in the background.
MAKO
EARL
OK, but that doesn’t explain how you found out about
the safe or the place or the money.
SLIPPY
MAKO

OMAR!
MAKO
OMAR
MAKO
My car
OMAR springs up from the floor and goes to shake MAKO’S hand.
MAKO stares and his hand for a moment before OMAR looks down
at his hand realising its covered in oil. OMAR lowers his hand
before.
OMAR
MAKO
Sweet
They both begin to walk inside. OMAR puts his hand on MAKO’S
back smearing his white t-shirt with a black oil handprint.
OMAR

OMAR

It’s in a church.

INT: WAREHOUSE/PLANNING ROOM
The doors to the church burst open. MAKO comes running out
first running with the safe, SLIPPY and EARL come running
shortly after. All three try to fit the safe into the boot of
the car. It doesn’t fit so they all lift it back out and place
it in the back of the car. All three then pile back into the
car and drive off.
All three take off there masks, and for a minute seem shocked,
but then instantly start cheering and celebrating the success
of their heist.
The three boys burst through the door once again, with MAKO
coming through first, With SLIPPY and EARL following close
behind carrying the safe.
The safe now sits in the middle of the floor. The boys begin
to calm down in order to open the safe.
MAKO
The boys sit around the safe for a while until OMAR Knocks at
the door.
OMAR
OMAR pulls out a blow-torch and begins to open the safe. Some
time passes.
OMAR
She’s open
MAKO is pacing up and down the room, when Omar speaks he turns
to look at the safe. SLIPPY is asleep on his chair, EARL sits
up and hits him to wake him up.
They all lean in to see the safe be opened. The safe is filled
with money and the three boys begin to rejoice as OMAR stays
on the ground next to the safe.
OMAR
Wait, WAIT.
OMAR fully takes of his welding mask and falls back and puts
his hands on his head.
MAKO
What
WHAT
OMAR
MAKO walks over to the safe and pulls out a stack of cash.
EARL
MAKO
EARL
SLIPPY
I guess so…
OMAR
All 4 of the boys exit the factory. OMAR goes left and leaves
the boys to go towards his truck. The three boys continue to
walk towards MAKO’S car. All three put their bags in the boot
of the car. The boys sit silent in the car on the way back.
For the first time MAKO doesn’t look angry, he just looks sad
and almost just content with the fact they have made no money.
SLIPPY sitting in the passenger seat turns on the radio the
first two stations he tries both have depressing songs on
them. He skips through them before HURDY GURDY MAN by DONOVAN
plays. The boys continue to sit in eery silence before the
credits role.
