1 Unit received at site is in good condition and no any physical damage found

2 If any damages found, please describe in details

3 Unit Model type/ number is matching with approved material submittal.

4 Units are kept in secure indoor unit location until it is ready for installation

5 Approved vibration isolator available at site for outdoor unit installation

6 Hard copy of IOM manual is available and taken out


Wired/Wireless remote & mounting bracket are available and taken out for installing them in
7 later stage as per end user convenience.
8 Teflon thread seal are properly applied befor both unit flare nut connection

9 Correct size of control wire is selected as per manufacturer's recommendation


Copper pipe laid indoor to outdoor unit is proper and there are no sharp bending and pinch

points with other services
11 Unit earth connection is properly done

12 Power supply connection to outdoor units are done and checked for terminal tightness

13 Main power supply isolator is in off position

14 Suction and liquid line shut off valves checked and found to be fully closed before vacuuming
the pipe line.
15 Suction and liquid line shut off valve fully opened after completing the vacuuming

16 Proper control wiring provided as per manufacturer's recommendation

UNDERGROUN DUCTS

1 Check drawing used for installation are current and approved.

2 Check all material used has approved submittals.


3 Check the ducts and other associated materials are new and undamaged.

Check that clearance is maintained between ducts and are coordinated from other services.

5 Check the sealing of ducts and joints to prevent ingress of concrete during pouring.

6 Check that the conduits are securely fixed.


7 Check stub-up connections are protected from possible damages.

8 Check continuity for the entire length.


Check the installation of ducts, cable tiles, warning tapes, fittings & accessories is as per

specification, material submittal & latest approved shop drawings.
BURIED CABLES

1 Check drawing used for installation are current and approved.

2 Check cable size & type shall be as per approved cable schedule.
3 Check cables are new and undamaged.

4 Inspect the containment and ensure there are no sharp edges and burrs.

5 Check the installation/routing of containment as per approved drawings prior to laying of cables

Check that adequate slack is available at all terminations.

7 Ensure the cables are tested and results are recorded in approved format.

8 Check the dressing of cables are properly done.

9 Cable glanding, termination and grounding completed as per approved drawings and details.

10 Check all terminals and connectors are completed and tightened as required.
11 Identification and ferruling completed as per approved details.
Check the installation of cable tiles, warning tapes, fittings & accessories is as per specification,
12 material submittal & latest approved shop drawings.
