As per title of this package (Security Defense), the design in this package should

covered the previous package (outside fencing) in term of security. Assuming the
intruder has successfully passed the outside fence, the design in this Security
Defense work package must be able to block the intruder or at least make it more
difficult to infiltrate further or make the smuggling effort easy to monitor by Plant
security.
