AFFIDAVIT OF CONFIRMATION OF SALE

WITH LOT IDENTITY

That, I, LIDIA REBOLLOS SARACHO, of legal age, formerly married to Reynaldo Saracho,
Filipino and with resident at Manicahan, Zamboanga City, after having been duly sworn to in accordance
with law, do hereby depose and say:

1. That I am the owner of a certain parcel of land described as Lot No. 660-D, Psd-09-067934,
embraced by Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-129-2018003060, previously T-92,963,
situated in the Barrio of Manicahan, Zamboanga City, and containing an area of One
Thousand Nine Hundred Thirteen (1,913) Square Meters, having acquired by virtue of
Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate;

2. That on January 21, 2013, I confirmed that I had sold the said parcel of land to, wit;

a. Spouses Michard Elden Angeles Agustin Lot 660-D Area: 1,913 sq. meters,
and Josephine Lim Agustin Lot

3. That I am paid in full of the consideration of the sale;

4. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing facts to the effect that I
confirmed the sale of the aforementioned lot to Spouses, Michard Elden Angeles Agustin and
to inform the appropriate government agencies concerned of the same in connection with
whatever legal purposes it may serve.
