1.Preparation
- Clean and wipe the daybed,sanitized the board menu,
table,and prepare 2 clean towel each daybed.
2. Set Up daybed
- Set up according with the standard,proper and align
each daybed.
3. Reset up daybed
Cleaning ,and sanitized Menu board,table after the guest
used and leave the Venue
Make sure used gloves when picking up dirty towel,wash
hand everytime clearing up dirty dishes and used hand
sanitizer.

Table at the restaurant

- SPV or waiter in charge on the section will wipe and
clean the table - chair by clean wiping cloth and
disinfectant
- NOTE: clean wiping cloth & disinfectant are always
ready at the side station, hand sanitizer is always on
the SPV / Waiter pocket
- SPV or waiter in charge of that section will set up
the napkin - cutleries - sharing plates (as per
standard)using gloves
- SPV or waiter in charge wipe the menu by clean
wiping cloth and disinfectant
 How to set up Kaum

Summary:
1. Set up need to be ready at least 30 Mnt before
opening time in all area.
2. Each Daybed or Table seting-up need as per
standard, proper and presentable.
