EVALUATION
In this model the curriculum objectives are rooted from the needs of learners in a particular grade level.
Both the subject matter and instructional objective are anchored to the needs of students which are
reflected to the program standard of the curriculum objectives. The model has so much focus on the
selection and organization of the subject matter to be taught to the student after series of diagnosis. The
selection and organization of the instructional objectives is also taken into account. From these the
appropriate learning activities and experiences will be applied and given to the learners. When these
learning experiences are identified, these would be organized to filter those that would not apply. Lastly,
evaluation will take place.

All of the elements of the model are anchored and severed from teachers input.

(RATIONAL)-TABA'S GRASSROOTS MODEL

TABA’S grassroots helps curriculum workers in understanding the needs of learners. It would also help in
the selection of the goal and in the selection of Content.

(DYNAMIC)- PAWILENS MODEL

I choose the pawilens model of curriculum development because this model help curriculum workers in
developing a curriculum that is relevant Ang appropriate to the Philippine context.

(CYCLICAL)- NICHOLLS MODEL

I choose to adapt this model because this model is flexible. This model view elements of the curriculum
as interrelated and interdependent. This model is responsive to needs, which where ongoing
,necessitating constant updating of curriculum.

HOW WOULD THESE (REFERRING TO NO. 1) BE IMPLEMENTED IN YOUR FUTURE SCHOOL

(TABA'S MODEL)

Since taba model is inductive and teachers approach I will develop certain understanding, insight and
appreciations. I will give basis for decisions regarding the selection, structuring and sequencing of the
educational experiences.
(PAWILENS MODEL)

I will implement this model in my future school because we all know that situational analysis can provide
strong bases for making curricular decisions for all the succeeding phases. I will determine the goal on
what student needs to learn in any situation.

(NICHOLLS MODEL)

I will implement this curriculum by planning and execution of the contents of curriculum in order to
bring out certain changes in the behavior of the learners and the assessment of the extent to which the
changes take place.
