     Objective: Enable the City to become even more
    connected, engaged and transparent with our residents.
     Evolve how the City connects with our neighborhoods to
    reflect that new tools are available (Zoom!) and each
    neighborhood now has an elected District Councilmember.
     Re-imagine the ways in which we engage our
    communities.
     Understand how often community members want to
