3. General Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction Part 1-General Sec 1.03.10: Contractor shall submit a written request for inspection
of any portion of the Work at least twenty-four (24) hours before such Work is to be performed. The request shall include the date, time, location
and type of Work to be performed. When approved by the Engineer, a method of communication other than a written request may be used.
4. In case of conflict with the level of inspection responsibility between MOTTIPs and MOTICs, the level of inspection responsibility as indicated
on MOTIPs shall govern.
5. Concern Contractor Representatives signing the MOTICs indicate that activities were supervised, verified and inspected all in accordance with
MOT approved project drawings, standards and specifications. Quality of WORK is the total responsibility of the Contractor.
