2. Synchronous time:

According to the class and videos as support, students will participate into a
discussion related about the dangers of the internet. Inside the discussion, students
will have to give their opinions and arguments and thus, speak out those ideas for
pronunciation practice:

1. Can you believe all the information that is published (available) on the Internet?
2. Is it dangerous to meet people on the Internet?
3. Do you think governments have the right to censor the Internet?
4. Do you think that the Internet is safe for children? Why?
5. Do you think that it is important for schools to have Internet access? Why?

3.Synchronous time:

According to the class, students will explain a top five of their best apps by using
either Prezi or PowerPoint slides. These apps must be related to study habits,
apps for students to help them with homework.

Inside the slides, students must show:

 Functions of those apps


 Main features of those apps
 Answer this question: Which of those would you use? Why?

4.Synchronous time:

Students are going to watch an animation showing the influence of smartphones


inside nowadays society.

According to the video, students will answer the following questions inside a
discussion:

 What is the main idea of the video?


 Why doesn’t the boy fit inside that society?
 Why is this short movie all in black and white?
 According to the video, why do you think everything inside the screens of a
cellphone is different from reality?
 Do you consider that all the situations happening in video are happening
also in the real life?

5. Synchronous time:

Based on all information gathered from the class and individual research, students
will make a video talking about the advantages and disadvantages of social
networks.

Inside the video, they can explain all of their ideas by using Tik Toks, clips or
animations that must be created by the student as well.
