Mode of Distribution of Students’ Load Allowance for March-April,

2021

1. Through BISU Balilihan Cashier’s office-

 for Students coming from Balilihan, Corella and Cortes
 Schedule of release will be posted later.

2. Through Palawan Pawnshop

 for students coming from other towns
 Role of the adviser:
a) Send the copy of the certification and authorization to the
students-( see attached file) (for those coming from other towns
only)
b) Collect the completely and clearly filled out certification and
authorization from the students (through online)
c) Save the collected certification and authorization in one folder
and send it to Mr. Diaz through his email:
gabrene.diaz@bisu.edu.ph
 Deadline for the submission of certification and
authorization to Mr Diaz-
May 21, 2021
 The cashier will not send the load allowance through Palawan
unless Mr Diaz can receive the certification and authorization from
the students.

 The schedule for claiming their Load Allowance through Palawan
