CCE AMBASSADOR INTERVIEW

LOGISTICS & CANDIDATE QUESTIONS

Dear Candidate,

We are excited to meet you! Our roles are important to support the communities we serve in our
neighborhoods around Seattle University. It is a large responsibility to be a CCE Ambassador, as we help recruit
prospective volunteers and student employees on campus to be a part of our community engagement
programs. Our neighborhoods are vibrant, rich in culture, and have diverse identities that are often pushed to
the margins due to systemic oppressions. As a shared responsibility in combating systemic oppressions, our
hope is to have transparent hiring processes and practices to reflect our values of social justice, equity, inclusion,
and fun. We welcome you to provide us feedback to help us move forward.

In this document, you will see the Day of Logistics to inform you of what to expect, are required to do, and the
questions we will ask you. Our interview will be 45 minutes to 1 hour maximum. Please feel free to reach out to
me for any questions at jrocacorba@seattleu.edu. We hope you continue to learn with us and enjoy your
experience.

Kindly,

Jermaine Lark C. Rocacorba, CCE Coordinator for Student Leadership | Campus Engagement Team
