Sir/Madam,
Reference is made to Bangalore Complex letter no. BC/HR/1008/416/2021 dated 22-04-2021 declaring
holidays from 23rd to 27th April 2021 on substitution basis for various division placed at Bangalore.

2.  In view of the surge in COVID Cases, visiting M&H Unit on OPD / IP basis, it is to inform that M&H Unit
will be functioning as usual during the above dates.  However, it may be noted that during the substitution
days M&H unit only EMERGENCY / Wards department will be functioning.

3. HR Heads of Divisions are requested to take note of the above arrangement and bring it to the notice of
the Employees.

4. This issues with approval COMS.
