That, we, ANTONIO BABIERA ALEGATA, widower, KATHLEEN DOMINIQUE

GABASA ALEGATA, single, VINCE JASON GABASA ALEGATA, single, MARLO
KEANNU GABASA ALEGATA, single, and EDGAR ANTHONY GABASA ALEGATA,
single, Filipinos, and with residents at Amelda Compound Loop Talon-Talon, Zamboanga City,
Philippines, respectively, do hereby NAME, APPOINT and CONSTITUTE: NIKO JAY S.
PAJARITO, of legal age, sinlge, Filipino and with  office address at Castillo & Climaco Law
Office, G/F Mendoza Bldg., Pilar Street, Zamboanga City, as our true and lawful ATTORNEY-
IN-FACT, for me and in our names, place and stead  to do and perform the following acts and
things, to wit: 

1. To initiate and/or file in our behalf the Certificate of Financial Statement of the
deceased LYNNA GABASA ALEGATA, who died on August 02, 2020 at Zamboanga
City, before the office of the Social Security System (SSS), also hereto attached machine
reproduction copy of Extrajudicial Settlement of Estate and made an integral part hereof,

2. To appear and represent in our behalf and to follow-up, claim and receive the
Certificate of Financial Statement;

3. To perform any act or sign or deliver any document, and to perform such other matters
as required and may aid in the prompt consummation of the foregoing authority;

4. To do all acts necessary and reasonable for the said purposes.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto our said Attorney-in-Fact, full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever proper and necessary to be
done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could do if
personally present and acting and HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that our
said Attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done by virtue of these presents;
