1. Forgot your password option: If you have forgotten your password and choose the "forgot
your password" option on the sign in page, it may take anytime from 0-15 minutes, for the
password reset link to appear in your mailbox. Incase the link does not appear, you may send a
mail to inswadhyaya@deloitte.com with cc to manish_sawale@indianoil.in;

2. “Next” button not visible in a course: Make sure you are selecting all the tabs or clicking all
the links on the slide to activate the Next button.

3. Submit button not visible in a knowledge check : Make sure you are selecting an answer or
dragging and dropping answers against all questions on the slide to activate the Submit button

4. Courses getting stuck : Just clear your system cache and cookies (go to the settings option in
your browser) and start the course again. If the issue persists, send an email with course,
browser / phone details and your details to inswadhyaya@deloitte.com.

5. Record of courses completed : Please be guided by ‘Training Transcript’ option.

Please note that in order to get the record of completion, you need to complete the course,
which means, once you get the score, please click on the “next” button. You will get a
“completion / thank you” page, where it will ask you to “print certificate” or “review the
session”, etc.

Only after you get this page, the system records the course as completed, and it will appear on
your transcript page.

6. Feedback on content : Please write to the e-learning team in case there is any feedback
regarding any content.
