Based on our understanding of the public life of Jesus, we perceive him as the servant
of the people. Throughout his public sightings and interaction with the people of his
time, Jesus was seen as someone who was willing to be of service to those around
him. Although Jesus is the Son of God, he knew deep down that his mission was to
help people and preach the good news of his Father (even while doing acts of service).
From his baptism at the River Jordan to his Ressurection, he thought of only the people
whom he should be helping and those who have helped. Because of this, good
triumphed over evil: that even though he was killed, Jesus died for our sins (his last act
of public and spiritual service) and Lived again to be with his Father in Heaven.
