The Four Phases of the PDCL Cycle

With the PDCL cycle you can solve problems and implement solutions in a rigorous, methodical
way. Let's look at each of the four stages in turn:

1. Plan:

First, pick out and understand your problem or possibility. Perhaps the standard of a
