1. Salbutamol
used to relieve symptoms of asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) such as
coughing, wheezing and feeling breathless. It works by relaxing the muscles of the airways into the
lungs, which makes it easier to breathe. Salbutamol comes in an inhaler (puffer).
Checklist of steps
1. Remove cap (some must be squeezed at the sides to release)
2. Check dose counter (if device has one)
3. Hold inhaler upright and shake well.
4. Breathe out gently (away from inhaler)
5. Put mouthpiece between teeth (without biting) and close lips to form good seal.

2. Beclomethasone
used to prevent difficulty breathing, chest tightness, wheezing, and coughing caused
by asthma in adults and children 5 years of age and older. Beclomethasone comes as an
aerosol to inhale by mouth using an inhaler. It usually is inhaled twice a day.

with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease. Salmeterol comes as a dry powder to inhale by
mouth using a specially designed inhaler.

4. Ipratropium
is used to control and prevent symptoms (wheezing and shortness of breath) caused by
ongoing lung disease (chronic obstructive pulmonary disease-COPD which includes bronchitis
and emphysema). Ipratropium comes as a solution (liquid) to inhale by mouth using a nebulizer
(machine that turns medication into a mist that can be inhaled) and as an aerosol to inhale by
mouth using an inhaler.
5. Budesonide
is used to prevent difficulty breathing, chest tightness, wheezing, and coughing caused
by asthma. Budesonide comes as a powder to inhale by mouth using an inhaler and as a
suspension to inhale by mouth using a special jet nebulizer (machine that turns medication into
a mist that can be inhaled).

6. Budeflam Aquanase
works by decreasing the inflammation caused by allergies. It reduces inflammation by blocking
the release of certain natural substances that cause allergic symptoms such as swelling,
redness and pain. Administered via jet nebulizer connected to an air compressor with an

1. Benzoyl peroxide
is used to treat acne. It works as an antiseptic to reduce the number of germs
(bacteria) on the surface of your skin. It comes as a gel or face wash containing 5%
benzoyl peroxide. Apply a small amount of the medication, gently rub into the area,
and then shave. If you are using a cream, foam, lotion, or gel, apply it to the affected
area as directed, usually once or twice a day. Before applying each dose, gently
wash the affected area with a mild cleanser, then pat dry.

2. Ketoconazole
used to treat skin infections such as athlete's foot, jock itch, ringworm, and certain
kinds of dandruff. This medication is also used to treat a skin condition known as
pityriasis (tinea versicolor), a fungal infection that causes a lightening or darkening of
the skin of the neck, chest, arms, or legs. Wash your hands before and after using
this medicine.Apply enough ketoconazole gel to cover the affected and surrounding
skin areas, and rub in gently with your fingertips. After applying this medicine, do not
wash the affected area for at least 3 hours.
3. Alclometasone
used to treat a variety of skin conditions (e.g., eczema, dermatitis, allergies, rash).
Alclometasone reduces the swelling, itching, and redness that can occur in these types of
conditions. Apply a thin film of alclometasone dipropionate ointment to the affected skin
areas two or three times daily; massage gently until the medication disappears.

4. Silver sulfadiazine
Silver sulfadiazine is an antibiotic. It fights bacteria and yeast on the skin. Silver
sulfadiazine topical (for the skin) is used to treat or prevent serious infection on areas of skin
with second- or third-degree burns. Apply a thin layer (about 1/16 inch) of silver
sulfadiazine to the affected areas. Keep the affected areas covered with the medicine at all
times. If this medicine is rubbed off the affected areas by moving around or if it is washed off
during bathing, showering, or the use of a whirlpool bath, reapply the medicine.
5. Salicylic acid
Salicylic acid is a beta hydroxy acid. It's well-known for reducing acne by exfoliating the skin
and keeping pores clear. Apply a small amount of medicine to the affected area and rub in
gently. If using the pads, wash the affected skin with a mild cleanser, then pat dry. Wipe the
pad gently onto the skin to apply the medication, usually 1 to 3 times a day or as directed by

1. Etanercept
used alone or in combination with an immunosuppressant (such as methotrexate) to
treat certain types of arthritis (such as rheumatoid, psoriatic, juvenile idiopathic,
and ankylosing spondylitis). Choose an injection site on your body (eg, thigh,
abdomen or stomach area, or upper arm). Clean the injection site with a fresh alcohol
wipe and let it dry. Remove the cap or needle cover when you are ready to inject. Do
not inject into skin areas that are red, bruised, tender, or hard.

2. Interferon ß-1b
Interferon beta balances the expression of pro- and anti-inflammatory agents in the
brain, and reduces the number of inflammatory cells that cross the blood brain barrier.
Overall, therapy with interferon beta leads to a reduction of neuron inflammation.
Interferon beta-1b injection comes as a powder to be mixed with liquid and injected
subcutaneously (just under the skin). It is usually injected every other day.
Inject interferon beta-1b injection at around the same time of day each time you
inject it.
3. Filgrastim
Filgrastim injection products (Granix, Neupogen, Nivestym, Zarxio) are used to
decrease the chance of infection in people who have non myeloid cancer (cancer that
does not involve the bone marrow) and are receiving chemotherapy medications that
may decrease the number of neutrophils (a type of blood cell needed to fight
infection). The injection should be given under the skin (subcutaneously) once a day,
at about the same time each day: 1) To minimise any discomfort, leave the syringe you
are intending to use for that day out of the fridge for 30 minutes before injecting. 2)
Wash and dry your hands thoroughly.

4. Adalimumab
used to reduce pain and swelling due to certain types of arthritis (such as rheumatoid,
psoriatic, juvenile idiopathic, ankylosing spondylitis). This medication is also used
to treat certain skin disorders (such as plaque-type psoriasis, hidradenitis
suppurativa). Etanercept and adalimumab are given subcutaneously and can be self-
injected. The FDA-approved dose of etanercept is 25 mg twice weekly.
5. glatiramer acetate
indicated for the treatment of relapsing forms of multiple sclerosis (MS), to include
clinically isolated syndrome, relapsing-remitting disease, and active secondary
progressive disease, in adults. Inject Glatiramer Acetate into the fatty layer under your
skin (subcutaneously). There are 7 possible areas for Glatiramer Acetate Injections on
your body, and multiple injection sites within each area. Having a rotation plan helps
you avoid injection in the same sites more than once per week.

6. Avonex (interferon beta-1a)
made from human proteins. Interferons help the body fight viral
infections. Avonex is used to treat relapsing multiple sclerosis (MS) in adults (including
clinically isolated syndrome, relapsing-remitting disease, and active secondary
progressive disease). Avonex is injected once a week using one of three methods. In
one method, the Avonex Pen allows patients to self-administer their medication using
a prefilled syringe with a small covered needle provides patients with the exact dose they
need.
Iontop
1. Fluorides Iontophoresis
Fluoride iontophoresis can be used for reduction of dentinal hypersensitivity and
remineralization of enamel. Using in vitro studies, fluoride iontophoresis was compared with the
conventional application of fluoride. Bovine enamel samples were covered with 3 mL of fluoride
(1.23% acidulated phosphate fluoride (APF) gel and 2% sodium fluoride (NaF) solution) for 4
min each 5 days. The iontophoresis study group was electrically charged for 4 min each five
days.

2. Iontophoresis with Dexamethasone

a steroid medication  to treat many types of problems (such as joint problems, skin and allergy
problems, eye, stomach, and lung problems), but has not been approved to treat apophysitis of
the knee using iontophoresis. The I-Bresis™ System and I-Bresis™ Patch will be the delivery
system used for this study. The I-Bresis™ Patch is an adhesive patch. 1.5 ml of the
dexamethasone sodium phosphate (4ml/1mL) will be placed on one side and 1.5 ml of 0.9%
sodium chloride (saline) solution will be placed on the other. Duration of exposure: 123 minutes.
3. Acetic Acid
condition such as adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder) or calcific tendonitis, your physical therapist
may use acetic acid in solution during iontophoresis. It is used primarily to decrease calcium
deposits in musculoskeletal tissue, such as that which occurs if you have myositis ossificans.2
Once the calcium deposits are broken down, you should work on specific exercises for your frozen
shoulder to improve your range of motion and function.

4. Calcium Chloride
Calcium chloride is a medication often used in iontophoresis to help decrease muscle spasm.
Stretching as part of a home exercise program can help to maintain muscle function between
sessions of calcium chloride administration.
5. Hyaluronidase
Hyaluronidase is a medication used to help treat soft tissue edema or swelling. 4 If you have swelling
after injury or surgery, it may be effective in the acute or chronic stages of healing to help manage
edema.

6. Magnesium Sulfate
Magnesium sulfate is a medication that is often used to help treat muscle spasm. Iontophoresis
administration of magnesium sulfate may also help decrease localized muscle pain. Stretching can
help keep muscle spasms at a minimum.
