This is a young boy story; his name was Felipe. He had his self-esteem very low.
He always compared himself with his young brother who was very jealous of him
because he felt his parents preferred the little one before of him. Really, his brother
was much more cared for by his parents since he was diagnosed with cancer.

Felipe is the main character in this story. He is twelve years old. He is a bit naughty
boy but he is asocial. He complains that his parents don’t understand him and they
don’t pay attention to him.

One day Felipe, Ricky his younger brother and their parents went to the pool.
Felipe didn’t get along with his little brother. They often argued for anything. Felipe
felt awkward, ugly and insecure. He saw his younger brother as the favorite son of
his parents whom to all he liked the world. Felipe and his brother were swimming,
then Ricky decided to jump off the diving board, Felipe reacted to this and he
pushed his younger brother. Luckily there wasn’t misfortune, because Ricky fell
near the edge of the pool and he didn’t suffer. His parents were very angry they
punished him, they forbade him to watch television, do math homework and paint
the facade of the house.

Ricky is 7 years old and he is Felipe's little brother. He also stands out with a
leading role in this story. He is a kind, sensitive, and very sentimental child,
unfortunately he had a very serious illness. He had cancer.

Lobelo is the antagonist in this story. He is a malicious boy who gets away with it
whenever he wants, all thanks to the fact that his stepfather covers all his
misdeeds, everything he does is a very bad influence for Felipe that leads him
throughout the book to get into trouble. Lobelo constantly annoys Felipe, there was
even an opportunity that he almost killed Felipe, he locked him in a dark basement.
Lobelo drinks a lot of alcohol, steals things, and is considered a potential criminal.

I think Felipe had to go through many situations to understand that his parents
loved him as well as his younger brother.

I wouldn't change anything in the story because everything happened on time.

The most emotional part of this story was when Felipe had to donate his bone
marrow to save his brother's life.

I would recommend this book to my friends because it teaches us that siblings and
family should love each other and they should always be united.
