SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

hereby appoint, name and constitute ______________ likewise of legal age, Filipino, with
residence at ________________________, as my true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, for me
and in my name, place and stead, to do the following:

1. To bring suit, prosecute and/or file appropriate actions (whether civil or criminal)
complaint/s in my behalf against _____________________, before the proper court
in the appropriate venue;

2. To sign and execute the proper complaint-affidavit including verification and

certification of non-forum shopping related to the filing of every pleading, petition,
memorandum, motion or position paper before any court of law or government
agencies, as well as to sign and interpose appeal, petition for certiorari or appeal
memorandum whenever necessary;

3. To appear during the pre-trial and testify during the trial of such cases on my behalf,
with full power and authority to do and perform including the power to consider and
agree, among others, upon the following:

a. Plea bargaining;

b. Amicable settlement or a submission to alternative mode of dispute

resolution;

c. The simplification of the issues;

d. The necessity or desirability of amendments to the pleadings;

e. Obtain stipulations or admissions of facts and documents to avoid

unnecessary proof;

f. The limitation on the number of witnesses;

g. Marking for identification of evidence of the parties;

h. The advisability of preliminary reference of issues to a commissioner;

i. The propriety of rendering judgment on the pleadings or summary judgment

or of dismissing the action should a valid ground therefore be found to exist;

j. Waiver of objections to admissibility of evidence;

k. Such other matters as will promote a fair and expeditious trial.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my above attorney-in-fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act necessary to fully carry into effect the
foregoing to all intents and purposes as I might or could lawfully do if personally
present, and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my attorney-in-fact shall lawfully
