Insepra is an Integrated Solutions provider that has grown to become a

recognized leader throughout CARICOM and the non-English speaking territories,

printing technology for traceability purposes.

Our partnerships with DOMINO, INTREX, EQUITEK, APPLIED ADHESIVES,
UTECO , OMET , TWEN, HMJ , TESA, PERSEQUOR & FRACTURECODE and
their experience bring added value to our clients. Most importantly, we can assist
manufacturers with “Track and Trace” Solutions and other software solutions for
issues that surround asset tracking, counterfeiting, illicit and parallel trade of products
in various markets.

Its head office is strategically located within an industrial park known as “ETECK
PARK” situated in Frederick Settlement Industrial Estate, Caroni, Trinidad.

In the field of Supply Chain Management Insepra has attained Ecovadis Certification,
which is an internationally recognised rating and key tool for ensuring transparency in
customer relationships.

Currently working towards QMS (ISO 90001) implementation and STOW-TT (Safe
To Work in Trinidad & Tobago) certification through the Energy Chamber of
Trinidad and Tobago. The company is managed by a Board of Directors with a wealth
of knowledge and experience, both technical and financial and supported by a very
professional Sales and Technical Team.

Printing Press- UTECO

UTECO is Italy’s leading manufacturer of bespoke printers and converting machines,

Anilox and Sleeves- SIMEC

Simec Group is an Italian family-run company that for the past sixty years has been
producing several kinds of rollers and sleeves for more than 35 industrial fields of
application. Its products are used to transfer any type of liquid as inks, paint, glue, varnishes
or to confer specific characteristics to a wide range of materials as nonwoven, paper, tissue,
plastic films, aluminium.

Anilox and Sleeve Laser Cleaner- TWEN

Laser Cleaning technology developed by TWEN, the Anilox will be "like new" in each
printing shift, solving problems of loss of transfer and colour differences. Clichés are cleaned
after each job; The TWEN laser removes the ink accumulated inside the cells, without
damaging the cells and without causing an increase in temperature that could damage the
Anilox. Vaporizing any type of residue (inks, adhesives, waxes, silicones). In addition, it is
the most ecological method, it does not produce waste and does not require a
consumable. Anilox cleaning with TAC is an effective, safe and cost-effective method.

Doctor Blades- CBG Acciai

CBG Accai has 90 years’ experience in manufacturing high precision blades out of the best
Swedish steel. These include Doctor Blades, Wood Blades, Meat Blades, Stone Blades, Foam
Blades and Strip Steel. The Doctor Blades consist of various profiles and sizes, steel grade,
coated, flexo seal, razor blades, coater blades, creping blade, and special blades.

Ink and Solvent Agitators- HMJ Technologies

HMJ presents industrial mixers and other liquid ingredient management solutions. They have
taken great pride in designing solutions that solve common problems related to safety,
hygiene, operability and efficiency.

Ink Dispensers- HMJ Technologies

HMJ Tech deliver a modern, innovative dispensing system for inks, coatings and chemicals.
Our world class dispenser machines are designed and built based on real criteria to serve end
users with simple operability and efficiency.

Key Features:

 Fully automated dispensing for up to 24 valve stations.

 Includes a modular pump stand system to source from any container, including pails,
drums and totes.

 Pulse valves for fast dispensing combined with excellent precision and repeatability.

  Compatible with all liquids, including water-based, uv-curable and solvent-based.

 Single-point dispense is ideal for pails, jugs and any specialty container with openings
as small as 25mm [1"].

 Industrial-grade controls, pneumatics, scale, touchscreen

Viscometers, Temperature and Ph Control- I&C Gamma

GAMA’s solutions for ink viscosity control and correction represent the main products’ line
distributed by GAMA International. The viscometers for inks, solvents, glues and varnishes
use the innovative drop-ball vibration technology (G19, G20, G26, G29, G30, G31, G32,
G34, G1000), offering a substantial reduction in maintenance and in environmental impact,
thanks to a reduced employment of energy and materials. The viscometers may be installed in
line or in parallel on flexographic and gravure printing presses and on laminators.

Additional GAMA’s products for print control include the ink temperature control system
(G90), the pH control system for water-based inks (G80, G81), the ink magnetic filter (G70),
and the web guiders (G35).

Coding Solution for Converting- Domino System

Produces unlimited lines of text in any orientation, and in many fonts and sizes. It is equally
suitable for both graphics and 2D data matrix codes. All are permanently applied to a wide
range of materials from low to high production line speeds.

For smooth integration into your production line the Ax-Series supports leading industrial
communication protocols simplifying installation and automation on-line. Ax-Series printers
can be integrated into networked printer systems providing centralised code templates for
error-free coding and integration into your existing business systems such as Enterprise
Resource Planning (ERP).
