    The AURIC is a smart industrial city project developed at an area of 10,000


    acres at Shendra & Bidkin in Maharashtra.

    This is been developed under Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor project.

    The AURIC promises to provide high-value
    sustainable infrastructure, along with
    environment-friendly processes, to support
    India’s long-term economic growth aspiration.
    It shall provide investment opportunities in the
    form of office spaces, residences, hotels, parks,
    entertainment hubs, etc.

    The development of the AURIC is jointly


    managed by Maharashtra Industrial
    Development Corporation (MIDC) & Delhi-
    Mumbai Industrial Corridor Development
    Corporation (DMICDC) through their special
    purpose vehicle - Aurangabad Industrial
    Township Limited (AITL).
