Chapter 5

Project Description and Screenshots

Project description provides the following details of the system. The problem will address goals for the
project, the overall description for the project, as well as a project plan that describes the activities the
members will undertake. The overall activities of project that contains as pages describes below.

Admin

5.1 Admin Login

Login page required necessary data to give access admin to enter into site. To make login admin must
provide his email and password which the used to register. This provided email and password take and
match with the register table data of database.

If the entered value exists, admin can log into the site otherwise she/he won't. If username or password
becomes error here will be an error message and send back to the login page again. So it is impossible
to enter into the system without a successful login
5.2 Dashboard

This page gives admin a short view of all registered products, order, user, store list. This data will be
fetched from database to site page.

5.3 Add Group

In this option, the admin can add group in his/her system and they will be able to do exactly what they
are allowed to do.

5.4 Manage Group

In this option, the admin can view, update and delete the information of any group.

5.5 Add User

In this option, the admin can add user in his/her system with user information.

5.6 Manage User

In this option, the admin can view, update and delete the information of user.

5.7 Add Brand

In this option, the admin can add brand and status in his/her system.

5.8 Manage Brand

In this option, the admin can view the brands, check the activity status and update or delete the
information of brands.

In this option, the admin can add category and status in his/her system.

In this option, the admin can view the categories, check the activity status and update or delete the
information of categories.

5.11 Add Store

In this option, the admin can add store and status in his/her system.

In this option, the admin can view the stores, check the activity status and update or delete the
information of stores.

In this option, the admin can add product details in his/her system.

5.14 Manage Product

In this option, the admin can view the products, and update or delete the information of stores. If admin
search the product easily by using the SKU code.

5.15 Create Order

In this option, the admin can create order for the register group and store.

In this option, the admin can view the orders, check the order details and update or delete the information
of orders.

5.17 Order Document

Here is the order document. If admin wants he/she will print it or saved as a file on the computer's hard
drive.

5.18 Reports

In this option, the admin can view every month sells and total amount. Report analysis is the main part
on inventory management system because it helps to take the future steps.

5.19 Company Details

In this option, the admin can view or update the company details.

5.20 Admin Profile

In this option, the admin can view his/her user details.

5.21 Admin Setting

In this option, the admin can update his/her information or he/she can appoint other as an admin and fill
up his/her information here.

Staff

5.22 Staff Login

Login page required necessary data to give access admin to enter into site. To a Successful login admin
must provide his email and password which the used to register.

5.23 Dashboard

In this option, the staff allow to view brands, category, products, create orders and view his/her profile.

5.24 View Brand

In this option, the staff get permission to only view the brands. He/she have no right to update or delete
brands.

In this option, the staff get permission to only view the category. He/she have no right to update or
