Sub.:-OFFLINE EXAMINATION for UG/ PG Programs at PESCE, Mandya campus.

As per the direction of VTU, the Semester End Examinations (SEE) of the
ODD Semester (AY 2020-21) across the state (Including Autonomous Colleges) will be
conducted OFFLINE (In the Campus). The Semester End Examinations of l, V & VII Semester

students of UG/ PG Programs are scheduled as per the following schedule (detailed SEE
schedule wll be announced on the college portal).

Further, the students are hereby informed to note the following:
1. The student fail to appear for Offline SEE with a prior permission from PRINCIPAL through
Head of the Department, can appear in EVEN Semester (AY 2020-21) and the same will
be treated as first attempt.
2. Online classes for theory courses shall continue as usual.
3. Offline Contact Sessions for Laboratories/ Theory sessions shall continue as usual during
Tth December, 2020 to 16th January, 2021 (only after producing the consent letter from
parents and COVID-19 test negative report to the concerned department).
4. Continuous Internal Evaluation I (CIE-I) shall be conducted Online during 28/12/2020
to 02 /01/2021 for BE - Non-Circuit Branch students (AU/CE/IP/ME) and 04/01/2021 to
09/01/2021 for BE- Circuit Branch students (CS/EC/EE/IS).
5. Continuous Internal Evaluation for Laboratories are conducted exclusively in Offline
mode during Laboratory Contact Sessions.
6. Based on the logistics, the students can plan their travel for Offline Laboratory/ Contact
Sessions/ Semester End Examinations as per the time table announced from the
concerned department/ COE office.
7. The student after completing their Contact sessions/ Semester End Examinations, shall
leave the college campus.
8. The Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) regarding the Offline classes/ Examinations
are announced in the college portal. All the students are hereby informed to strictly
adhere to the SOP
Note: Any changes in the schedule will be intimated in the college portal, as and when we
receive the notification from UGC/AICTE/ Govt. of Karnataka/VTU time to tihe.
