A guide on how to pay your bills conveniently online

1. Install “AXS Payment” onto your mobile device.

2. Select "Bills” at the Main Menu

 3. Select “Insurance”

4. Tap on “Great Eastern Life”

5. Select “Great Eastern Life (10 digits) – Life Policies – Accident and Health Policies”

6. Select “Premium (Life Policies, A&H policies)”

 7. Fill in the details accordingly. Select “Confirm” at the top panel to continue.

8. Review the policies.

Select “Add Payments” at the bottom panel and repeat Step 2 - 7 to add bills.
Thereafter, select “Pay Now” at the top panel to proceed with payment

Note: If you would like to receive an eReceipt of your successful transaction, enter your
email address in the field provided. The eReceipt will be sent to you upon the completion of
your transaction.
 9. Select your preferred payment mode.
Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the payment
