Essay
A. Choose one of the touchstones in Leadership Philosophy and discuss (5 pts.)
One of the touchstones in Leadership Philosophy is the Being. It pertains about the
characteristics a leader must possess. Character is central to successful leadership
because good character creates trust, and without trust, people will not follow you.
Without followers, obviously, one cannot lead. The being a leader is very important
not only to the leader himself, but also to the ministry.

B. Explain the idea of Time Beaters (5 pts.

The time beaters are the practices that a people can do more work in less than the
time they have planned. People fail because they simply fail to plan. Like for
example, you will washed the dishes and sweep the floor for just 10 minutes. The
good side in time beaters is that if you plan ahead of time, you can accomplish your
goal in less than the time you’ve planned. It is very important to plan so that you will
not waste your time because time is gold.
C. Why is it necessary to build a right foundation in developing such ministry? Give
practical examples. (10 pts)
It is very important to build a right foundation in developing such ministry because it
leads, and helps you to achieve your goal. The purpose of a foundation is to hold up
and hold together the structure above it. When you don’t have any foundation in
developing your ministry, I must say that it is useless or meaningless. There is no
direction. Like for example, you will go to a certain place, and teach children. But,
you don’t have any goal. The question there is that is the work you’ve done had a
purpose? The answer is none. However, if you plan, you build your foundation first,
you’ve prepare yourself and the things you needed, and you have your objective and
goals, then you know what you will do in the ministry. You have your direction and it
a organized. Less problems and chaos.
The right foundation in developing such ministries is important because we want God
to be glorify in everything we do.
