AnyCompany Consulting Business Plan

 Executive summary -- a snapshot of your business

Last year, AnyCompany Consulting Cloud Services division captured 5% of the target market,
resulting in $50 million dollars in revenue. Today, the Cloud Service division isn’t profitable, but it
has a goal to become profitable by the end of the year.

Long term, AnyCompany’s plan is to deliver consulting and managed services in the AWS Cloud, and
is poised for further growth over the competition. They are projected to grow the company’s market
share of cloud consulting and managed services by 400% in three years. AnyCompany believes this is
an excellent opportunity for shareholders, given that the Infrastructure as a Service, or IaaS, market
will grow from $40 billion to $80 billion, and the Platform as a Service, or PaaS, will grow from $15
billion to $30 billion by 2021.
