Kedar has over 20 years of industry experience in varied disciplines of architecture including
commercial, retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, residential, green Interior and urban planning. He has worked with renowned
architectural organizations in India and UK. He has exposure to advanced construction technologies practised in UK and Europe and
was a part of their design team of BREEM rated award winning projects.
He aims to bring innovations in architectural projects. He excels in designing climate responsive buildings and implementation of passive
strategies to reduce energy demand. He specializes in value engineering for energy efficiency measures. He is proficient in
implementation and quantification of passive strategies in architectural design. Revalidation of outcomes derived by energy simulation
software and knowledge of green building rating systems are his core strengths. Architectural and engineering solutions
recommended by him warrant a good return on investment. Kedar assists clients to develop an integrated design approach for attaining
energy efficient solutions.

KAUSHIK RAYCHAUDHURY
Director
Kaushik strongly believes that the beauty of a brilliant creation is a reflection of world class
conceptualization, execution, project management and seamless collaboration. He has extensive experience in Construction and
Project management. He also specializes in Digital Architecture. Kaushik's key aspiration is to create inspiring spaces with a unique blend
of practicality, sustainability and beauty which includes every aspect of the project.
His determination to overcome challenges and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines is exemplary. Kaushik has good
decision making and problem solving skills with an ability to develop solutions with strict limitations. He has confidence to take on any job
and produce best results

HIREN PATEL
Director
Hiren has significant experience in construction management in residential commercial, retail,
hospitality and health care disciplines. He continuously attempts to explore, question and reinvent design philosophies to develop
models that are environment friendly and economical.
Hiren has a flair for Design and Project Management. He strongly promotes an integrated approach for achieving building design
solutions by developing strong and effective relationships and working collaboratively amongst consultants throughout the life cycle of
the project.

ASHWINI KAMAT
Director
Ashwini has close to 20 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, Operations
Management, Human Resource Management, Employee and Leadership Trainings. She has successfully rendered responsible mid-level
strategic management roles with organizations like BMC Software and Infinix Technologies in India and First People Solutions Group in the
UK. Ashwini has leaded a 10 member high performing team at BMC Software in Pune. She has won several performance awards throughout
her career span. She excels in relation building. She has build and managed client relationships with renowned organizations like Reliance
Energy, Nityo Infotech Services, Hexagon in India and JP Morgan, Morgan Stanley, Barclays Wealth, Barclays Partner Finance, GE, Baillie
Gifford, BAE Systems, Blackrock in the UK.

SHUBHAM NIKAM B. Arch

Associate- Pune Division
Shubham is an Architect with core expertise into Project Plannning & Management . Shubham has an excellent understanding of the life
cycle involved in Construction & Interior Projects.He believes an architect to be a sensitive observer with a concern for social issues and
their context, without limiting to technical expertise.

Shubham specializes in Value-Engineering and Project Budgeting making sure the Project is executed accordingly. He is involved in each
project from concept to delivery, encompassing planning, monitoring, inter-discipline co-ordination, and resource planning. His hands-on
design approach and multi-tasking ability ensure that a successful project is delivered. He is a responsible and efficient team player with a
sharp sense of cost control, estimation, and forecast. His primary duties include preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and tendering,
deployment of contracting teams, work coordination across various disciplines, project and financial status reporting.

KARTIK SONDGE B.Arch

Associate- Pune Division
Kartik believes that strategy will ensure earnest use of materials; superior quality work and time bound delivery of the project. Design should
develop by taking reference of vernacular architecture and building-up on flawless contemporary spaces leaving back a green foot
print which would be an inspiration for many more. Kartik has good leadership abilities and heads the Design and Operations Team ,
coming up with innovative and unique design Proposals for every new upcoming Project.
Kartik believes that the creation of architecture environment is inevitable and its effect on environment cannot be ignored. His deep
understanding and concern towards green buildings and Green Interiors reflects on his approach in designing of spaces
