I, ARNOLD P. MORGAN, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of 1281 Alfonso Mendoza St.,
Sampaloc, Manila, after having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, depose and state
that:

1. I was born on 17 November 1975 in Villa, Moncada, Tarlac, Philippines;

2. Since 2001, I have been working and living in Dubai, United Arab Emirates;

3. On 19 April 2021, I applied for a Record Clearance from the National Bureau of
Investigation;

4. I received an information from the National Bureau of Investigation on 21 April 2021 that my
namesake, a certain ARNOLD P. MORGAN, has pending cases before the Metropolitan Trial
Court, Branch 28, Manila, and Municipal Trial Court, Echague, Isabela;

5. I hereby unequivocally deny involvement in the aforementioned cases;

6. I also declare under oath that I am not in any way involved in any case proceeding as either
plainti /complainant or defendant/accused in the Philippines and abroad, speci cally with
regard to the aforementioned cases;

7. To my knowledge, I have never been charged with any crime and that said records do not
pertain to me; and

8. I am executing this A davit to attest to the foregoing facts and to deny absolutely and
entirely any involvement in the case/s aforementioned and for all legal intents and
purposes.
