AFFIDAVIT OF LISTASAKA, TOTAL LAND HOLDINGS, NON-TENANCY, RETENTION

LIMIT AND NO PENDING CASE

We spouses, ESPERANZACORTES LLANES married to EDGARDO LLANES all of legal age,

Filipinos, residing at Lipa Batangas, Philippines and JAN FRANCIS NESTOR G. NAYVE single, of
legal age, Filipino, residing at Xavier Estate Balulang, Cagayan de Oro City respectively after having
been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say:

That we spouses, Esperanza Cortes Llanes and Edgardo Llanes do not have agricultural land
holdings of more than five (5) hectares anywhere in the country. The only land holdings belong to us and
listed under the name Esperanza Cortes Llanes are the lot located at Gango Libona, Province of Bukidnon
covered under Transfer Certificate of Title No. T-27572 and Tax Dec.No\. 12-004-00065 with an area of
Seventeen Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Nine (17,429) square meters, more or less. This lot are within
the retention limit as set by law and not tenanted and the same are not under LISTASAKA program of the
government. Further, we hereby warrant that the said land holdings have no pending case before the
DARAB, DAR or any courts or at the office of the President of the Philippines. Hereto attached is a copy
of a Certification of landholdings issued by the City and Provincial Assessor’s Office, Cagayan de Oro
City, Province of Misamis Oriental and Province of Bukidnon for reference;

That I, Jan Francis Nestor G. Nayve do not have any agricultural land holdings of more than five
(5) hectares anywhere in the country. That the land to be acquired is not more than five (5) hectare and
this lot are within the retention limit as set by law and not tenanted and the same are not under
LISTASAKA program of the government. Further, we hereby warrant that the said land holdings have no
pending case before the DARAB, DAR or any courts or at the office of the President of the Philippines.
Hereto attached is a copy of Certification of No Landholdings issued by the City and Provincial
Assessor’s Office of Cagayan de Oro City, Province of Misamis Oriental and Province of Bukidnon for
your reference;

That we execute this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing statements to comply the
requirements of DAR clearance and for all purposes this may legally serve.
