 Concept Statement
Client, Rachael, has requested a long-term
home for her family of 6. She wants an eco
friendly build on her current private lot on
a courtyard. She has a main home for
family time and is requesting 5 private
structures for each family member. The
private structures will all be the same
layout, but flexible in order to work with
each individual’s needs. The home must
be pet friendly and include functionality.
Rachael would like the home to have a
clean, bright, industrial feel, open concept,
large windows and concrete floors. She
also wants to incorporate natural woods
and earthy tones.
Furnishings Assessment
Rachael’s style preference is a contemporary boho, including earthy
natural, and industrial aspects.

No furniture will be reused from her home, and she requested Anna
and Emily’s suites fully furnished.
