Kapalbhati pranayama helps to detoxify lungs and respiratory tracts, boosts the supply of oxygen and purifies blood and helps to tone up the abdominal muscles. It is also helpful in reducing abdominal fat, improvises concentration span.
Q2. What are the effect of Bhramari Pranayama?
Ans. In literature, many benefits of practicing bhramari pranayama have been reported. Few of them are reducing the stress, anxiety, anger, and frustration; reducing the blood pressure; providing a good sonorous voice; and removing throat ailments.
Q3. What is Sitali Pranayama?
Ans. Sitali Pranayama is the way of relaxing & cooling body-mind system through yogic breathing. Also, you will feel a reduction in anger present in your mind & body due to excess work or hot weather,hot working environment (factories) instantly by the practice of Sitali.
Q 4) What are the effects of Halasana?
Ans. Halasana has a calming, restorative effect on the sympathetic nervous system. It also assists in balancing the glandular secretions adrenaline and thyroxin, while also improving the elimination of toxins in the digestive and urinary tracts.
Q 5) What are the effects of Sarvangasana?
Ans. The digestive system is greatly improved due to the increase in blood circulation and drainage of stagnant blood. The pranic flow is harmonized, increasing energy and having a positive effect on all the body systems. Sarvangasana has all the benefits of Shirshasana but is safer and easier to perform. THANK YOU
