Insulin 70/30 Subcutaneous injection every 12 hours: 15 units subcutaneous injection 30 minutes pre-breakfast (6:30 am) 18 units subcutaneous injection 30 minutes pre-dinner (6:30 pm) 2. Metformin 500 mg tablet + Vildag liptin, 1 tablet twice a day (8:00 AM and 6:00 PM) 3. Atorvastatin 40 mg tablet, 1 tablet once a day before bedtime at 8:00 PM 4. Carvedilol 6.25 mg tablet, 1 tablet twice a day (8:00 AM and 6:00 PM) 5. Clopidogrel 75mg + ASA 75 mg tablet, 1
tablet once a day in 8:00 AM in the
morning 6. Trimetazidine 35 mg tablet, 1 tablet twice a day (8:00 AM and 6:00 PM) 7. Captopril 25 mg tablet, ½ tablet twice a day with BP precaution (8:00 AM and 6:00 PM) 8.
