Executive summary

Party Heaven Company is a party house. Which is locate don Dhanmondi. It is a


startup company. it is one kind of event planning business. our company offer lots of
service. It is a profitable business. our mission is to provide highest level of service.
We try to attract and maintain customers. Our service is:

Meetings, Trainings.

Conferences and Workshops.

Birthdays, Anniversaries, Graduations and Holidays.

Weddings, Receptions, and Showers.

Company picnics, banquets, and award ceremonies

  We offer qualitative and quantitative benefit. In our business we try to understand what
our customer feel or think. Form this perspective we try to solve customer problem. We
also try to create customer channel. Like who are our target customer, how to
communicate with our customer, how to reach our customer. Revenue stream is very
important to any business. We generate revenue to rent our space and sell our service. In
our business we always try to maintain a good relationship with our customer. We try to
understand customer retention and try to keep our main customer to give extra service.
Our keys to success include the commitment to quality by every person who is part of the
team. Each of us will be responsible to push ourselves to a higher level of
professionalism in some areas. Like Consistent, accurate fulfillment of the client’s
wishes. Competitive pricing for the quality of services offered, strong security system etc.

Location and Value proposition

Our company name is party heaven. our business is venue hire business. Now a
day’s most of the people love a great party and fantastic event. To focus customer
expectation we start our business. Although our business is a small business, but in
our business deposit is very important. To run our business we get some loan from
our family member and friends. We have a party house. People can hire our party
house for their different purpose like wedding party, birthday party, seminar,
conferences, festivals etc. we basically focus customer problem like what they
want, their needs, goals etc. most of the customers want to arrange their party with
some variation and highly attractive. To focus this, we organize party to fulfil
customer demand.

location

For our business the place is very important. We set up our business in shat masjid
road in the Anamranges plaza on the top floor (Dhanmondi 15). We rent this floor.
The renting cost is 100000 tk. Deposit is very important part of our business.
Without a handsome deposit, we cannot run our business properly. Our deposit is
around 1000000 tk.

We have chosen this place because we think that this is the right place to start our
business. It is a commercial place and it has enough space, beautiful environment,
etc. in Dhanmondi area there are few party houses. Most of the party houses are
very expensive. . it is too tough to bear the cost for middle class people. Although
our customer is high and middle class people, but our main target customers are
middle class people.

Value proposition

In our business we offer quantitative benefits like lower price, speedy delivery,


good service and less risk.

we also offer qualitative benefits like beautiful environment and design or
decoration. we ensure our customer safety and security. we offer an agreement
for a better relationship with our customer. We have enough car parking spaces.
There is ample space for parking for all guests. Guests can be directed to park at
the parking space of event place. After fill up the main parking space. guests can
be directed to park in the main visitor parking lot. we offer better food quality.. We
offer a cancelation advantage with valid reason.

In Dhanmondi area, there are few party houses. Most of the party houses are very
expensive. People are now expecting to enjoy their party with beautiful
environment, better service with lower price. They can expect some extra service.
We basically focus what our customer think about our service, what they like or
dislike, what is the customer attitude, how do they behave, is the customer happy
to using our product or service, what inflsuence our customer, is our customer
easily influence, how does our customer responses in environment. To focus this
creative things we try to influence our customer. No matter if it focuses on a group
of customers or just one person. We try to solve

To build a successful business, communication is very important. Without better


communication, a company cannot achieve their goal. There are different ways to
communicate and interact with customers. Communication channels are more
effective for our business. Communication is easier to reach customers. It helps to
raise awareness about our product and service. We can communicate with
customer through website, social media, advertisement, call, live chat, sent
massage etc.

Revenue stream

In any business, there are two types of revenue. One is transaction revenue and


another is recurring revenue. 

Transaction revenue: in transaction revenue we can generate revenue to providing


quality food, best decoration etc.
Recurring revenue: in recurring revenue method we can generate revenue to
provide ongoing service. We provide chair, table seminar room for seminar etc.

In our business, we can generate revenue by different types of method. 


We can generate revenue to rent our space for different purpose. Like for meeting
or any event.
We can generate revenue by advertising method. Like another company can
advertise their product by different way.

In our pricing strategy, we follow the fixed menu price. 


Like list price: our price will be fixed for our different type of product or service.
There is no bargaining power of any customer. Because we ensure our quality food
and better service.

Resources and Key activities

Resource is a source or supply from which benefit is produced. Typically,
resources are materials, energy, services, staff, knowledge, or other assets that
are transformed to produce benefit and in the process may be consumed or
made unavailable. Benefits of resource utilization may include increased wealth
or wants, proper functioning of a system, or enhanced well-being. There are
four types of resources. Physical, intellectual, human, Financial.
In our business, we Need human resource to deliver the value proposition to
customer and generate revenue. Because we hire the employee who are skilled.
Skilled employee is important to specific services. They are skilled in a
particular sector in our business. Like event manager, event planner, musician,
photographer etc.
Financial resource is very important to start any business. Without money any
business cannot run

Key activities 

There are three important actions are needed to operate any business.
Production, problem solving, platform. We focus problem solving activities. It
is more important for any service company. Our company is one kind of
Service Company. Because we provide different types of service for our
customer for different purpose. 
In our business, we provide an agreement with the Kazi firm to ensure quality
food. Kazi supplies chicken and eggs for any event. We also provide an
agreement with RFL group. They supply necessary furniture.

Cost structure

In our business, we focus cost driven method. We focus minimizing costs
wherever possible. We will give our service with a lower price.
In cost structure, there are 4 types of cost. Fixed cost, variable cost, economics
of scale and economics of scope. We follow the economics of scope. Because
we have some variety of our product and services. We do not want to confined
only one product or service.

For any company there are some expenses. 


Payroll: we pay salary for all employees. Like manager, server, etc.
Utilities: we pay electricity bill, water bill, car parking service bill etc.
Insurance: we contract fire insurance. If any incident happened, we try to
recover.
Phone or internet bill: we pay internet bill for our customer. we provide free
wifi for our customer entertainment
Advertising: we pay the advertising bill. We will promote our company by
giving advertisement in newspaper, television, radio etc.
Office supplies: we spend money for office supply. Like furniture, printers,
lights, AC etc.
Entertainment: we provide baby zone. We provide our personal musician
for the entertainment of our customer.

The tax is very important for any business. There are two types of tax. direct tax
and corporation tax. A direct tax is involved in business income and sale or
purchase of assets by business. It is important for any small business. Our
business is small business. Although we do not give any tax within one year,
but after one year it is necessary to give tax base of business income. 

Customer relationship

The customer relationship is very important for any kind of business. Without a
good relationship with customers, a business cannot continue its process
properly. 
A relationship can be personal or automated. Customer relationship typically
has three objectives. Customer acquisition, customer retention, boosting sales.
In customer acquisition, we try to find new customer by promoting our
company, by giving advertisement in online or television or radio.
In customer retention, we are confident that we can keep our customers by
giving the best service, best quality food and beautiful environment
Boosting sell is another method of customer relation. In boosting sell part, we
will try to give extra service for our customer . because we think that to give
extra service we can achieve customer satisfaction.

in our business we focus some method to build a good relationship with our
customer.
1. Personal assistance: we try to interact with real customer via email, call or
social site. We try to keep our customer after selling our service.
2. Communities : it is another type of method to build a good relationship with
customer. We try to check any feedback from any website or other social
site about our service. We try to reply or comment for varies question to
know what our customer think.

To keep our customer satisfaction we focus some major things. Like identify
our customer problem, want, which type of service they expect from us, etc.
To improve customer satisfaction level we listen customer advice,feedback. We
try to give extra service for our loyal customer. Those strategies help us to keep
our customers .
