1. Main engine:

Current status: no need for overhaul. Rearrange all electrical cables is required.
All external pumps, need to be overhauled.
2. Auxiliary engine:
Model: CAT 3406 rating 295 HP at 1800 rpm.

Current status: no need for overhaul. Rearrange all electrical cables is required.
All external pumps, need to be overhauled.
3. Power generator:
To be provided by CHP with good condition.
4. Pump gearbox:
Model: REINTJES (WAL 500 A)
Reduction ratio: 1:3.474
5. Dredge pump:
Power rating: 223 HP at 1800 rpm.
Model: GROTIUS BP40-1100.
 Current status: manufactured locally, CHP should provide thickness measurements for the pump
case, impeller and wear plates, if need to be changed they will change.
CHP would provide thickness measurements for suction and discharge pipes, and change if
needed, under our supervision.
6. Hull situation: in poor condition.

Required:

1- Sand blast.
2- Check all thickness of steel.
3- Paint job.
4- Install zinc anodes.
All the above should be provided by CHP as agreed.
7. Other equipment:
7.1 - Cutter head:
Full repair required.
7.2 – Cutter gearbox:
Need to change front seal and to be inspected.
7.3 - Staff bearing & stainless-steel bush:
Needs to be inspected, laser alignment required between gearbox and cutter shaft including
sterning tube.
7.4 – Hydraulic pipes on ladder:
Need to be changed.
7.5 -Triennium pins and bronze bush:
Need to adjust their clearances.
7.6 – laser alignment required between main engine – dredging gearbox- dredge pump.
8. Hydraulic system:
8.1- Staffa motor of cutter and side wenches: need to be sent for pressure tests.
8.2- 2 hydraulic pumps: need to be sent for pressure tests.
8.3- 2 hydraulic rams: required total overhauling.
9. Other deck equipment:
9.1- Side wires to be changed.
9.2- Ladder wire to be changed.
9.3- All sheaves required new bushes and pins.
