To Whom it May Concern,

It is an honor to write this letter of support for Josie McCollough. Josie has worked hard
through her four years at Windsor High School to demonstrate herself as a strong
student who successfully manages her school responsibilities with work and her social
life.

It has been my pleasure to see Josie develop as a student and a young woman over the
last 4 years. As a 9th and 10th grade science student, Josie approached her studies
with a positive attitude and always tried her best. As a 12th grade student in my Food
Science class, Josie demonstrates great poise and commitment to her studies. She is
responsible, driven and maintains a high grade in the course.

Josie McCollough has demonstrated her ability to manage a complex set of

responsibilities with a positive attitude and healthy perspective. I have every faith in her
ability to be successful in whatever future endeavors she chooses to pursue.
