The following documents are typically upload in VDR

 Shareholding Pattern showing the inter-relationships and shareholding between the holding
 companies/group companies / subsidiaries. Profiles of major shareholders/promoters including
their experience and qualifications
 Monthly plant wise cash flows (past 6-12 months)
 Details of related party transaction
 Loan agreements and details of all the mortgage, pledge, hypothecation, guarantees,
charges and history of defaults, if any.
 Copies of tax returns and computation of income clearly reflecting detailed break up of
cost and expenditure claimed as tax deductible.
 Details of manpower (including salary, sample contract, designations, employee payroll,
organogram etc.)
 Environmental clearances / Approvals / Notices and orders/ Licenses and extensions or
modifications thereto
 Details of machines including information on installed capacity, capacity utilisation and
production
 Financials (past 3-4 years), consolidated and segment wise
