Subject- Encouraging to visit various businesses

Dear Sales Associates,


Hope you all are doing great. I went through the old way of promoting
business, which included making phone calls and sending online brochures to the particular
client. The sales in the past years have been good, but due to the technological
advancement, the sales also needs to get advanced with the time.

A lot of thinking on the part of the administration has been put in this matter, so that
various ways can be thought of increasing the sales of the company. These are some ways
which could help in the increment of sales of the company have been mentioned below :

The associate should start visiting at least three businesses each week so that they are able
to interact with the new clients face to face and explain the in and outs about the product.
Direct face to face meeting is more beneficial at times than just sending brochures and
making calls. The associates can have meeting with an old clients and can come up with
some innovative ideas that company is planning for the product. If the associates would
have a direct meeting, it will minimize the communication gap about the product. This
would eventually leads to more number of sales.
This new ways can be hectic for the associates but the return would be beneficial for
everyone in the long run.
