Ingredients: For 6 to 8 servings Double roti ke chhote chokor pieces jiske kone nikle hue

hon(Small square pieces of bread without crusts): 250 grams Asli ghee (Clarified butter): 250
grams Paani (Water): 400 ml Shakar (Sugar): 750 grams or 650 grams Doodh (Milk): ½ litre
Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder): 1 teaspoon Khane ka orange colour (Orange food
colour) (optional) : 2 pinches Khoya: 100 grams Kate hue aur tale hue badam, kaju aur
chironji (Sliced and fried almonds, cashews and charoli): a handful Zafraan (Saffron sticks):
few Procedure: 1. Double roti ke kone nikalkar unke chokor aakar ke pieces bana lijiye, yeh
pieces 250 grams honge. 2. Frying pan mein 250 grams ghee dalkar in pieces ko dono taraf
badami rang ke hone tak tal(fry) lijiye aur rakh lijiye. 3. Doosre pan mein paani daaliye. Jab
paani mein ubaal aa jaye, is mein shakar daliye. 4. Medium aanch par das se pandrah minute
tak pakaiyye ke shakar ka gaadha sheera ban jaaye. 5. Doodh ko ubaal lijiye. Is mein elaichi
powder, khane ka rang aur khowa dalkar achhi tarah se mila lijiye aur aanch band kar dijiye.
6. Tali hui double roti ko chaude bartan mein phaila lijiye. Is par khoya mila hua garam
doodh phailakar daliye. 7. Das minute baad, jab double roti ke pieces naram ho jaayen, is par
shakar ka sheera phailakar daliye. 8. Das se pandrah minute tak medium aanch par pakaiyye
ke double roti ke pieces mein shakar achhi tarah se jazb(soak) ho jaaye. 9. Aanch band kar
dijiye aur zaafran, tale hue badam, kaju aur chironji se sajaiyye. Hyderabadi Double Ka
