come up with 2 or 3 local ideas, any activities that encourage towards innovative
mindset.

1. JB live dashboard
2. Integrate work instruction into shop floor system
3. Shop floor system to trigger employee training certification.
4. Online portal for material source

PC doctor test diagnostics - for laptop diagnostics (india)

JB - workshop at different level (management, executive, non-exempt) on leadership,

culture change. make it as a KPI

SG - machine to help troubleshoot laptop

IN - give more rewards to get more ppl involve.

KPI framework - a survey for innovation introduction on 1st year, engagement and
deployment on 2nd year...
kaizen sub-committee - to have a portal on a global level

in 2 weeks time, each region to confirm the innovation initiative.
