We confirm that following are the only deviations and variations from any
exception of the specifications and tender documents for the above mentioned subject
supplies and enquiry/NIT No. which are irrespective of what-so-ever has been stated to the
contrary anywhere else if our offer. These deviations and variations are exhaustive.
Except for these deviations, the entire supplies shall be executed as per specifications and
tender documents. Further, we agree those additional conditions, if any, found in our offer
other than those stated below, save that pertaining to any rebates offered shall not be given
effect to.
