Policy
As SNS Group SA continues to grow, we have developed our skills and methodology over the past 5 years
and continue to nd more effective and more efcient approaches in terms of project management,
supervision and partnerships.

We have developed a systematic approach to all our contracts in order to provide the best possible service:

COMMENCEMENT: Fully understand client requirements and preferences and build specications around
those. We assess the options - from vision to constraints - are clear on the budget, appoint necessary
consultants and establish the project brief.

DESIGN OUTLINE: Develop the design, plan the costing and programme the project, allowing for
contingencies and inevitabilities. We understand that 'stuff happens' and allow for it.

PLANNING: Prepare the paperwork for the construction, arrange procurements strategies and procedures
to secure timeous and cost effective resources.

ADMINISTRATION: Manage, administer and monitor all aspects of the construction to ensure it is carried
out according to all legislation, including design, safety, standards and labour.

HAND OVER: Once satised with the nal product, complete the project closeout, according to project
management principles.
