PROJECT CONTEXT
REPUBLICA BIO is a manufacturer of bio products. With a very well received feedback regarding their
coconut oil, Republica Bio wants to implement a study of quantitative research – product testing in
order to measure the level of satisfaction of customers and potential customers with 10 samples of
product (blind testing).
The research agency task is to collect representative data from users, conduct the testing panel,
develop the testing questionnaire and analyze the results – concluding if Republica Bio coconut oil
is perceived by the consumers as the best on the market (general evaluation and attributes
perception).

Beneficiary database.
The agency can provide additional recruitment
from their own research panel members
Each potential respondent is selected from the Beneficiary & Reveal panel based on his socio-
demographic profile and usage habits regarding coconut oil (frequent users of coconut oil,
Bucharest inhabitants, correct distribution of district, age and gender quota).
• Given the final sample of respondents, we recommend to initially recruit back-up
respondents that will be activated only is the primary sample does not complete the survey
(additional 50 panelists)

TIMING AND DELIVERABLES
Deliverables:
Reveal Marketing Research will provide a complete research report in English
or Romanian and will present the research results in a special
session established with the client.

INVESTMENT
Total amount will be add 20% VAT. This will be paid in two installments as follows:
• 50% of the contract value to start the project before starting the data collection;
• 50% at the end of the project;

Reveal Marketing Research will protect the confidentiality of all the data
provided by the client, breaking the limits of confidentiality could declare the
contract void.
Also, in the purpose of respecting the client’s interests, Reveal Marketing
Research will establish the mutual confidentiality limits after consulting with
the client.
Reveal Marketing Research will not divulge the client’s identity to a third party
without the client’s previous approval.
Reveal Marketing Research will not take into account any requests from a
third party implying the transfer of information about its client without his pre
approval.
Reveal Marketing Research assumes responsibility about the quality of the
delivered data, respecting in the same time the limits of confidentiality
imposed.
The confidentiality standards will be respected by each of the legal
contractual parties.
