1. The 6eld is hereby informed of the extension of altemative vork arrangement

in the Division for the month ofJune 2021 uDless rescinded within the month depending
on the progress of COMD-l9 situation in the City and changes in the poLicy of the
Department. National Holidays must be taken into consideration in scheduling the Work-
From-Home (WFH) arrangement of all teaching and non-teaching personnel including the
city-paidjob orders.
2 Dieision arrd school personnel are reminded of the foUowing:

. Work hom Home (WFH) is only two-and-a-half days at most

o Divide the persomel into two groups (Group A srtd Group B) and shall
report following the matiix below:

. WFH should not be a reason to roam aiound

3. All teaching and non-teaching personnel who are not feeling well may apply
for a work from home arangement outside of their regular schedule subject to the
approval of their iomediate supervisor or head of oltce and tte existing policies uoder
the altemative work aEangeEent.

4. This Ofrce reminds all section heads and school heads that there should be
teachers or personnel on duty every day to ensure delivery of educationa.l s€rvices to our
clienteles.
