EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Interlink Power Group is seeking bridge financing to provide working capital for the fulfillment of 4 power
contracts.

• The contracts provide upfront payments for the installation and commissioning of the equipment in phases,
which reduces initial capital outlay.

• Purpose of bridge financing will be used partially as initial outlay for the contract fulfillment, and as proof of
sufficient working capital to the contracting parties.

• The contracts have a duration of 2, 5 and 10 years.
