First of all, if we need to talk about ethics; It is defined as a moral science, moral science,
moral, related to morality. Today, the concept of ethics is seen as a discipline that examines
and regulates behaviors in business life. In business, it applies to all cases of business
behavior. It is about the behavior of personals and all organizations.
1) Monitoring systems are responsible for checking the technology a company uses to analyze
its operations and performance and to detect and warn of potential errors. If we go back to the
subject we examined, we do not have any real evidence, only rumors, according to the
statements of both inspectors and officials, that any labor law has been abused. In my opinion,
I will first meet with the factory owner. But so many rumors bother me and so I will apply a
tracking system to find out the truth about what's happening.
2) As I said in the previous topic, we do not have enough information to take the work out of
the factory and break the relations. If I do not encounter unethical events as a result of my
observations, the business partnership will continue. On the contrary, if the problems come to
light, instead of breaking the relations, I organize a meeting with the owner of the company or
anyone responsible for correcting the mistakes made. Because according to my ethical
understanding of morality, it is wrong to ignore the things that are done wrong somewhere.
After all, if people who lost their rights worked in that factory, their rights should be sought
and the conditions should be corrected. In addition, if there are criminals, they should be
punished. I spend all my effort on these issues.
3) I can answer this question in two ways. If what happened first is just a rumor, there may be
problems with the factory owner because I have set up my own monitoring system. But I don't
think it will be a big problem. Likewise, I believe that my business skills will continue in the
country. On the other hand, if the difficulties experienced are real and they have come to light
with my methods, I think that relations with the factory owner will break. Because nobody
wants to do business with a CEO who punishes himself. When it comes to doing business in
the country, I think that the negativities experienced will educate me and take me one step
further. So business life in the country can improve the position.
