COP COOP INVESTMENT SCHEME

This is a 3-month renewable investment scheme to encourage business start up
and expansion among our members. Terms and condition are stated below :

Previous Loan : No one on more than one loan shall be entitled to this investment
scheme.
Return on investment : Monthly return on investment of agreed percentage / amount
due for payment shall be deducted from source.

Duration : Capital shall be fully retired/paid back to the cooperative at the end of the
3 months regime and which it can be renewed/ applied for again.

Parties:
This document (hereinafter the Agreement) is entered into by and between:

and ______________________________________________(Investor’s name)
of _______________________________________________( Investor’s address).

1. This partnership Agreement has legal and binding power.

2. This Agreement stipulates that the partner makes the deposit of #100,000 to the
trader as a trading capital.

3.  The trader shall give back ____% ROI to the investor on a monthly basis.

4. The trader will use the investor’s fund deposit exclusively for the purpose of
business.

5. The trader takes full responsibility for the protection of the investor’s deposit.

6. It should be noted that this is an investment and not a loan as the investor retains
the right to exit form the agreement after giving a written one month notice. Same one
month notice (in writing ) applies for the exit of the trader from the agreement.

Where the trader defaults in payment the cooperative is empowered to deduct the
owed amount from the source.
