PROJECT JICA FUNDED RURAL INFRASTRUCTURE DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

IN EMERGING REGIONS (RIDEP)

SUBJECT Actual Quantities of the Contracts [A reminder]

We refer to our letter RIDEP/TLlRRl/GEN/10542 of30th April 2021 addressed to all contractors under
the aforementioned subject.

In penultimate paragraph of the said letter I requested the contractors who have completed the shop
drawings/working drawings to compile the followings and submit to me through the RE within two
weeks from the date of that letter.

1. Actual and most likely final quantities of the BOQ Items

2. Proposal for all varied works so far identified with quantities, rate built-up and your application
for variation orders
Except a few of you, other had failed to meet the said deadline in making the requested details.

Please submit the requested details before 25th of this month without fail.
